Important information

Please bring your own towels, bed linen and kitchen towels. These can also be borrowed from reception for a small fee. Coins for the washing machines are also available at reception.

You can also rent cribs, high chairs, bicycles, and boats there.

Terms of payment

A binding booking is made after payment of 50% of the total tour price. The remaining payment is due no later than 4 weeks before the agreed check-in date (receipt of payment by us).

Cancellation

Full refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of completing the booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days in the future. 50% refund for cancellations made at least seven days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within seven days of check-in. If the house is re-let, the corresponding period will be refunded.
