Our story
Our journey began with the idea of one day owning our own home by the sea. We were always fascinated by the idea of having our own little home in a holiday destination. This vision accompanied us over the years until the dream gradually developed into a realisable plan, which we soon realised and together we bought our first house by the sea in Holland.
The decision to offer our holiday home to others came from the conviction that such a domicile in Holland offers a special kind of freedom and the certainty of a successful holiday. This is especially true for families with children, who can experience unforgettable holiday moments in a house by the sea.
For us personally, it is just as important to be able to spend our holidays together with our dogs, which is perfectly possible in Holland. A holiday home offers the perfect basis for feeling at home away from home.

Please bring your own towels, bed linen and kitchen towels. These can also be borrowed from reception for a small fee. Coins for the washing machines are also available at reception.
Terms of payment
A binding booking is made after payment of 50% of the total tour price. The remaining payment is due no later than 4 weeks before the agreed check-in date (receipt of payment by us).
Cancellation:
Full refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of completing the booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days in the future. 50% refund for cancellations made at least seven days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within seven days of check-in. If the house is re-let, the corresponding period will be refunded.
The following rules apply in our houses:
Dogs are allowed (max. 2). Any droppings in the garden must be removed.
Smoking, vaporisers and e-cigarettes are prohibited in the houses. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, please dispose of cigarette butts.
Quiet hours apply in the park from 23:00 - 07:00.
Check-in is possible independently from 3 pm on the day of arrival. We will inform you of the code for the front door in good time before your arrival. Check-out on the day of departure until 10 am so that the house can be prepared in time for the next guests. The house must be left swept clean.
